Read Before You Pay
Review this policy, the Terms of Service, the plan description, invoice and any signed proposal or service agreement before paying. If a mandatory consumer law gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right takes precedence over conflicting wording in this policy.
Scope
This policy applies to services and plans sold by Trimerous Technology, including digital marketing, business software, analytics, consulting, subscriptions and project-based work, unless a signed proposal or service agreement provides additional terms.
Different rules can apply depending on the type of customer, service, delivery stage and country. This policy is not intended to remove statutory rights under Indian law or any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to a customer in another jurisdiction.
Before Payment
- Confirm the service or plan, duration, scope, deliverables, price, currency, taxes and any third-party costs shown in your quote, invoice or order confirmation.
- Select your actual billing region on the pricing page and use only the payment method approved for that region.
- Customers in India should use the domestic payment methods presented on the website or confirmed by billing. PayPal India does not support receiving domestic payments to an Indian PayPal account.
- International customers should use the official PayPal checkout link when one is provided. If no checkout link appears, or if an international bank transfer is preferred, email billing and wait for written instructions before sending funds.
- Do not use domestic UPI/IFSC details for an international transfer, do not misstate your country and do not pay to an account or link supplied by an unverified third party.

Cancellation Requests
Send cancellation requests to [email protected] as soon as possible, including your order or invoice reference and the service or plan concerned. A request is not considered confirmed until we acknowledge it in writing.
If work has not started, we will review whether the order can be cancelled and what refund, if any, is due under the agreed terms and applicable law. If work has started, we may review the work completed, resources committed, deliverables supplied and any clearly agreed cancellation terms, subject to mandatory legal rights.
Cancellation fees will not be imposed where prohibited by applicable law. In particular, a term in this policy does not authorize a cancellation charge that applicable consumer law prohibits.
Refund Eligibility and Assessment
Refund requests are assessed individually, taking account of the service type, agreed scope, work already delivered, timing of the request, the reason for cancellation, the order documents and applicable law. Contacting us does not automatically guarantee a refund, but a request will not be rejected solely because a customer has asked for one.
- Before work begins: cancellation and refund eligibility will be assessed against the order terms and applicable law.
- After work begins: the review may account for completed work and deliverables, but only to the extent permitted by the contract and applicable law.
- Digital content or immediate service access: any legally permitted exception to a withdrawal right will be relied on only where the required information, express consent and acknowledgements have been obtained.
- Incorrect, defective or undelivered service: contact us so we can investigate and determine the appropriate remedy required by the agreement and applicable law.
- Provider cannot fulfil an order: we will contact the customer and provide the remedy required by applicable law and the order terms.
There is no universal “no refunds in any circumstances” rule in this policy. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Payment Provider Fees and Refund Amounts
Trimerous Technology does not add its own cancellation or refund-processing fee. Third-party payment providers, including PayPal and banks, may charge transaction, currency-conversion or transfer fees, and a fee charged to the business when a payment is received may not be returned when that payment is refunded.
However, a third-party fee retained by a payment provider will not automatically be deducted from a customer's refund. Any deduction must be disclosed in advance and be permitted by the applicable contract and mandatory law. Where law requires a full refund or prohibits a deduction, we will follow that requirement.
Currency conversion rates, intermediary-bank charges and the date funds appear in a customer's account may be controlled by the payment provider or bank. We cannot promise that a provider will return its fees or use the same exchange rate on a refund as it used on the original payment.
Subscriptions, Plan Durations and Renewals
Plans may be offered for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or 12 months, where displayed and available. The applicable price, start date, included work, billing frequency and term will be stated in the checkout, invoice, proposal or order confirmation.
A plan does not renew automatically unless recurring renewal is clearly disclosed before purchase and the customer has expressly agreed to it. To request cancellation of a renewal, email billing before the renewal date. A request made after a new term has started will be assessed under the agreed terms and applicable law.
Do not assume that unused time, unused deliverables or unspent advertising budgets are automatically refundable; their treatment depends on the service agreement and applicable law. Any third-party advertising spend or software cost should be identified separately in the proposal or invoice where applicable.
Non-Delivery, Delays and Service Issues
If you believe a service has not been delivered as agreed, contact [email protected] and copy [email protected] where payment or refund is involved. Include relevant milestones, agreed delivery dates and supporting details, but do not send passwords or full payment credentials.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, discuss correction, completion, cancellation or a refund. If Trimerous Technology cannot fulfil an order, the appropriate remedy will be determined under the order terms and applicable law. A delay or service issue is not automatically proof of fraud, and a complaint will be assessed on its facts.
Fraud, False Information and Payment Disputes
We may verify payment references, billing region, invoice details, delivery records and communications, and may suspend processing while a credible fraud or security concern is investigated. Where evidence supports suspected fraud, we may preserve relevant records, report the matter to the payment provider or appropriate authorities, and pursue lawful remedies.
Customers must not misrepresent their country or identity, use unauthorized payment methods, submit knowingly false claims or provide altered payment evidence. A legitimate dispute, chargeback, cancellation request or statutory consumer claim will not automatically be treated as fraud. Any decision affecting a refund will remain subject to applicable law and the relevant provider's dispute process.
Refund Processing and Timing
We will review a request and communicate the outcome. Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will be initiated through the original payment method where reasonably possible, unless another lawful method is agreed or required. Actual receipt time may depend on the bank, card issuer, PayPal or other provider.
We will not promise a universal number of business days for every country and payment rail. Refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law or, where no specific period applies, within a reasonable period. If more information is needed to identify a transaction, the review may take longer while we request it.

Applicable Law and International Customers
Trimerous Technology operates from India and serves customers in India and other markets. The applicable rules may vary by customer location, customer status, product or service type and the nature of the transaction. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
If a provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement applicable to a particular transaction, that legal requirement will apply to the extent of the conflict. For questions about a specific order, contact billing before paying so the applicable scope and terms can be clarified in writing.
